| On Tuesday we visited the Veterans Home. We sang a selection of Patriotic songs and gave the Veterans cards we had made. Mrs. Kathy taught the children a medley of the theme songs of all the branches of the military. You may have heard your little one singing it at home, it's very catchy. |

| Ruby's mom shared her grandfather's memorabilia and told the class how he was instrumental in building all four of the Veterans Homes in Mississippi. |
