Buster the Horse Came to Senior K!

It was a very exciting morning in Senior K!  Farrah's Horse, Buster, came to visit.

Also, this pretty rooster.

Farrah showed us how she rides Buster.

Then we all had a turn to sit on Buster, if we wanted to.

Transportation Week

On Tuesday, Preston's parents brought a gas tanker truck for the children to examine.

They each climbed through the cab.

They had a blast honking the horn!

Back in the room, we played with our vehicles every chance we got.

The four-wheeler is tackling the solid rocket booster from the Space Shuttle.

Even the vehicles that didn't make noise, made noise.  ;-)

Airplanes need iPad training too.

Cooking and the cash register are still popular.

We made a highway that went around the room.

Under tunnels.

Airplanes aren't confined to the roads.

Neither are helicopters....

We made these cute cars!

On Friday, we had our Surface Safari.

We tested our vehicles on all different surfaces, then recorded the results in our little books.

First we tried grass.

We marked our books with happy faces or sad faces.

Next, we tried sand.

Next we tried the sidewalk.

Then we moved on to carpet.

Lastly we tried tile, girls in the girls' bathroom.....

Boys in the boys' bathroom.  They thought this was hilarious!

Ok, be prepared for the cutest little people.......
